Program Officer and field coordinator - Sustaining Health Outcomes through the Private Sector (SHOPS)

Sustaining Health Outcomes through the Private Sector (SHOPS) Plus in Tanzania will increase the
use of priority health services through private sector approaches. These positions will support the
Chief of Party in the implementation of activities through a combination of administrative and technical responsibilities. He/she will: .

Program Officer: Dar es Salaam,

Provide logistical and administrative support

Support the implementation of technical assistance activltes, including coordinating the development
of work plans and progress reports, organizing meetinqs.recruitinq and contracting consultants,
monitoring compliance with USAID requlafions and Abt policies and procurement.

Experience and Qualifications 
• Working experience in public health, especially HIV/AIDS, malaria, and family planning.
• Strong skills in management and coordination of multiple activities and teams.
        6+ years experience and a Master's degree or the equivalent combination of education and                    experience.
• Excellent communication skills in English anda least one local language.

Geita Consultant Field Coordinator: based in Mwanza or Geita

Provide technical assistance to Accredited Drug Dispensing Organizations.
Provide administrative and technical support.


Experience and Qualifications 
to or niore years demonstrated pharmaceutical experience

Experience and understanding of private pharmacies and ADDOs in Tanzania.
Demonstrated experience successfully supporting programs activities on' the ground
