Description

-Vehicle Maintenance
-Repairs With METL workshop and in house workshop
-Allocating technicians to attend within the market break downs
-Issuing job cards to vehicles
-Keeping records of Vehicles under breakdown and their problem.
-Maintaining the attendance of the technician
-Follow up with METL workshop for vehicle under repair
-Check vehicle logbook mileage day to day and relocate fuel when required with the help of scope tracking
-Follow up with transport dept for license and stickers as per the law requirement
-One point contact for all tracking related issues like installing, maintenance,and keeping records
-Verifying transport debit notes and resolving and issue by interacting with transport division on a weekly basis
-Close co-ordination with transport officer for fleet related issues
-Parking space management -making sure that parking space is utilized properly
