HRRCL is looking for a large team of Freelance Recruiters & Trainers due to its expansion of work. This opportunity will give you freedom to work from home and the flexibility of choosing the working hours and also an opportunity to earn while at home

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES.

We need Recruiters working from home for sourcing suitable candidates as per mandates.

Devising a search plan to find potential clients Researching on assignment given

Calling prospective candidates for a job opportunity

To facilitate the process of Candidate management throughout the recruitment lifecycle

DESIRABLE REQUIREMENTS.

Excellent sourcing techniques through Job boards, headhunting and social networking sites like LinkedIn and so on

Ability to handle multiple positions /multiple industries with applying different strategies to close different positions

Excellent communication

Strong knowledge in MS office

Experience in Banking, Financial Services & Insurance (BFSI), Training Business, Consulting Sales Hiring Experience would be added advantage.

Minimum 4-5 hours dedicated time per day.

REMUNERATION: As Freelancer on profit sharing basis after received the collection from the Client. Profit sharing Ration will be mutually decided on every candidate recruitment as well as every Training Programme Delivered
