JOB DESCIPTIONS
- Monitor budget as well as help with the establishment and maintenance of an accountant
- Provide for efficient functions of administrative and financial process and maintenance of adequate internal control
- Track expenses against budget and ensure are in line with project activities
- Manage monitor benefit leave and payroll for in – country staff
- Responsible for all logistic coordination and procurement matters
- Supervise procurement and inventory procedures
ADMINSTRATIVE DUTIES
- Ensure compliant staff recruitment and selections
- Ensure travel process and procedure are adhere and in line with the ASSIST/USAID travel policy
- Supervise staff responsible for maintenance of proper log of all incoming and out going correspondence
QUALIFICATIONS
- Master degree in BUSINESS Administrations
- 5 -8 years experience in administrative and financial management of international projects
- Excellent in financial management and system development skills
- Experience with quick book accounting software
- Must be a Tanzanian
